About GDGL REALTY
The number of foreigners living in Korea continues to grow every year—students, professionals, digital nomads, and long-term travelers. And yet, finding a home here remains one of the most frustrating challenges for many. I believe that housing is not just shelter. It's a space where one’s day ends with peace—even as a stranger in a new city. I want to help people find not just a rental unit, but a space that feels like their home, a place of peace and belonging.
Real estate in Korea is often intimidating for foreigners: Korean-only contracts, complex laws, and a lack of English-speaking agents. We can only imagine how difficult it must be for someone unfamiliar with the system. With a license in real estate, international experience, and a deep understanding of both cultures, I aim to bridge that gap.
While living in Tokyo, I experienced a housing service designed for foreigners. I booked a room online from Korea, sent the paperwork, flew to Japan, and received my keys in 30 seconds. No misunderstandings, no hassle. Just trust and transparency. That’s what I want GDGL to offer—an honest, warm, and practical real estate experience for foreigners living in Korea. Korea deserves a better first impression. I want GDGL to be part of that.
At GDGL, ‘Good Day & Good Luck’ is more than our name. It’s the wish we carry for everyone starting a new chapter in Korea. May your time here be filled with comfort, confidence, and little moments of joy. Good day, and good luck!
